1. Q: What materials are the plastic parts made of? 

    A: Body is mainly made of ABS and Jar is made of AS and rarely PC.

2. Q: What are the switch settings?

    A: Switch, Pulse, Speed One and Speed Two.

3. Q: What’s the material of driving vane?

    A: Gel.

4.  Q: What are the options for cup volume? 

     A: 1000ml, 1500ml and 1600ml 

5.  Q: How many assembly lines are there in your factory? 

     A: We have 4 state-of-the-art assembly lines.

6.  Q: Do you have in-house lab?

     A: Yes, we have a fully-automatic in house lab. We can make life test, switch test,

          high voltage test. 

7.  Q: How do you conduct life test of motor

     A: Run it 3 minutes and stop for 1 minute. Repeat this by 1008 times. Positive result is no 

         temperature jump or no halt.

8.  Q: Do you accept LCL shipment order?

     A: Yes.
