◆ 1. Column: it is made of high quality cold-rolled steel plate and rolled with special forming line. Its facade is hollow and shaped. The front and side of the column is provided with reinforcing ribs. The thickness of the material is 1.2 mm (GB).     

◆ 2. Beam: it is made of high quality cold-rolled steel plate and rolled with special forming line. Its facade is hollow and shaped. The front of the column is provided with reinforcing ribs. The thickness of the material is 1.2 mm (GB).

◆ 5. Stairs: Brackets are welded with 30×20×1.0 mm (GB) T-shaped elliptic and square tube, pedals are punched from 12 mm (in thickness) high quality cold-rolled steel plate, there are concavo and convex liens necessarily on the surface so as to play the role of anti-sliding.

◆ 6. The part of iron bed is welded with CO2 protection welding technology. The surface of iron plate should be formed with degreasing, rust-removal, phosphating, electrostatic powder spraying, and curing at high temperature. The connection part of whole bed is not connected with screws but hanging parts. The carrying capacity of each bed shall be 400 kg. The net weight of the whole bed is about 42 kg.
