▏Material of iron bed: 

◆ 1. Column: it is made of high quality cold-rolled steel plate and rolled with special forming line. Its facade is hollow and shaped. The front and side of the column is provided with reinforcing ribs. The size of the façade after forming is 65 mm×65 mm, and the thickness of the material is 1.2 mm (GB). 

◆  2. Beam: it is made of high quality cold-rolled steel plate and rolled with special forming line. Its facade is hollow and shaped. The front of the column is provided with two reinforcing ribs. The size of the façade after forming is 82 mm×40 mm, and the thickness of the material is 1.2 mm. 

◆ 5. Junction hook: It is punched by a punching machine into L-shaped. There should be three connecting bayonets. The dimension after being formed is 198×27×27 (mm), and the material thickness is 2.0 (mm).  ◆ 6. The part of iron bed is welded with CO2 protection welding technology. The surface of iron plate should be formed with degreasing, rust-removal, phosphating, electrostatic powder spraying, and curing at high temperature. The carrying capacity of each bed is 400 kg.

◆  7. Bedside baffle: It is made of plywood and PU artificial leather.
