4.1 Upright knife installation

4.1.1 The upright knife is used in cutting soft vegetable and floriated pieles, varied shape need homologous upright knives.

4.1.2 We will furnish one vertical knife and one slice knife on the machine. We can make other type knife (include curve dimond long dollop and squart dollop knife). according to your requirement.

4.1.3 When fixed the upright knife, wheeling the reconcilable cam, move the knife frame down to the fixed point (according to the vegetable’s moisture), made the edge touching the carrierbelt, then fastened on the knife frame
