Step for how to use the machine

First ,preparation work

        1.Cut the leather into size 450mm*450mm   

        2. Cut the PVC foaming sheet into size 398mm*398mm
        3.  Spray PVC plate edge with seal edge glue

Second, the production steps:                    1, Turn on the machine and  heating switch, set the mold temperature to 40 degrees, sealing temperature to 110 degrees.

2, Set the PLC parameters:

  Molding: 150 seconds

  Aspirator: 10 to 100 seconds (depending leather settings)  

  Punch hole: 60 to 120 seconds (depending on the ambient temperature   setting)

  Timelag: 100 seconds

3, Set start mode to automatic

4,Put the cutting leather on the mold

5, Placed the cut PVC plate at the suction plate

6, Stir the material A to B as the proportion of  1:to 0.6 ,then put them after in    the middle of leather 

7, press the "start" button and wait for automatic molding.
