How to choose suitable marking stylus?                                          

 Stylus length---Pneumatic marking stylus

1. 30mm, 42mm, 45mm: suitable for portable marking machine

2. 56mm, 60mm: suitable for normal marking and bench top marking machine

3. 75mm, 76mm, 110mm: lengthened marking pin are mainly used for narrow parts marking

 that normal marking pin hard to reach, such as modified motorcycle engine number etc.

Stylus diameter---Pneumatic marking stylus

a.Φ2, Φ2.5: suitable for aluminum etc. Low hardness products

b.Φ3, Φ4: suitable for normal marking requirements

c.Φ5, Φ6, Φ8: a certain depth requirements.

Electrical marking stylus:

7"LCD Touch Controller is used to manage and to monitor the marking head independently,a separate unit to ensure it is protected from the mechanical shock loading of the marking operation.Integrated marking software,marking files can be entered or edited directly with the user friendly controller interface.It is ideal for stand alone marking systems,NO PC required.Thanks to its USB plugs, marking files can be upload/download from a PC to the controller.
